Steven Bernard Enterprise (SBE) was founded September 2017 by Dr. S. Bernard Mitchell.  Steven Bernard Enterprise is a company management firm which manages the following companies:

 Dr. S. Bernard Mitchell is owner and operator of Steven Bernard Enterprise, a company management and consulting firm.  Dr. Mitchell has 18+ years’ experience in the fire and life safety industry and is certified with the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) at level 3 in fire protection engineering technology inspection and testing of water-based systems.  Dr. Mitchell is also credentialed with the American Fire Sprinkler Association with level 4 credentials as a fire sprinkler fitter along with being a certified backflow preventer tester in the state of North Carolina.  

Dr. Mitchell earned his doctorate’s degree, Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership, from Immanuel University, of which he’s one of the university’s staff professors. Furthermore he’s earn a certification in the entrepreneurship program with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has experience as a fire sprinkler system installer, fire sprinkler design engineer and water-based systems inspector. He is a qualified and competent trainer in regards to fire protection systems and understanding the components, maintaining and operation of fire protection systems and life safety applications.

Dr. Mitchell is a business owner and business consultant who has helped positively shape the careers and businesses of many around the world in various industries for many years.   Dr. Mitchell is also a motivational teacher who provides business development and mentoring services to individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations on team building and leadership skills in the United States, Nigeria, South Africa and Zimbabwe.  He is currently working to help motivate and inspire women entrepreneurs in South Africa and Zimbabwe through the Be Ultimate Women’s Entrepreneurship Empowerment Conference.

Dr. Mitchell is founder and majority owner of several businesses; B-U Energy and Mining Solutions, Inc, a renewable energy company, SBE Fire and Life Safety, a teaching and consulting fire protection company in both the United States and South Africa and B-U Entertainment Worldwide, an entertainment and multi-media firm. Dr. Mitchell has also developed BUSA (Be Ultimate Student Ambassadors), a program bridging the gap between the youth of the United States and South Africa through educational, travel and discovery.
